Dick TolDick Tol
Owner of MSAM and interim project manager

Dick Tol has been employed in the banking industry for over thirty years and has acquired extensive banking automation knowledge over the years. He started off as a trainee computer operator in the early seventies and ended up as a member of the board of directors of a bank. An outsourcing programme led to the next step in his career when he joined the supplier end of the scope. As a supplier he was able to put to use his considerable relation network in order to sell standard software relating to Business Process Outsourcing and Off Shore Development. Dick is currently self-employed and available as (interim) manager programme manager/project manager/ training manager both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Wim BoumanWim Bouman
Owner of Bouman Coaching, personal coach, lecturer at TIO, University of applied sciences, founder of the Kernvisie method

Born thirteenth in a family of fourteen children Wim had to develop his social skills from an early age on. He started his career with Ahold, developed his sales skills with VNU and was employed as an account manager with BP Nutricion and Specialty Coffee Company Darboven. All this led to his successful track record in sales.
Over the years he has set out to take courses relating to coaching others in order to complement his work and life experience. This led to the start up of his own coaching practice in which he coaches adults in both business and private matters and offers coaching to business start-ups.
In his capacity of teacher he supervises students working on projects relating to entrepreneurial skills and organisation and teaches sales techniques.
In addition he also helps children with learning difficulties to embrace new learning strategies. For this purpose he developed the well-received ‘Kernvisie’ method.
